Please ensure that you will be home to receive your purchase as signatures are required for all packages. It is important to note that ITZME does not post to PO Box addresses. An alternative could be that you ask to have your package sent to a work address.

Returns & Exchanges
It is important to us that you love your ITZME purchase so if you are unhappy for any reason please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your item. Returns and exchanges are accepted on all merchandise (excluding sale items) that is in its original condition. Items must be unworn, unlaundered, unused and with all tags attached.
ITZME reserves the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards.
The responsibility of the item remains with the purchaser until the item is received by ITZME. ITZME cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. We do not refund initial postage charges for returned items unless the goods are deemed faulty. We do not refund any postal charges incurred for an exchanged product.
Items with sale in the description are non-refundable (unless deemed faulty). This applies to both international and domestic orders.
Returns may only be made via itzme.com. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
